The last three years of experiencing various lifestyles, attitudes and mindsets have framed my image of the perfect fit, not perfect man, for me. My five-year isolation seemed like a good idea at the time, but experience has taught emotionally checking out to avoid tattoos on my heart stunts personal development. Of course, time away is necessary for healing because when not a priority, the past is transported into the future.
