Three Recipe Sunday Traci Kenworth Impossibly Easy Tater Tots Cheeseburger Casserole adapted from bettycrocker.com Ingredients: 2 lb. ground beef Salt & pepper to taste 3 c. shredded cheese, your choice ¾ c. gluten-free Bisquick mix 1 ½ c. milk 3 eggs, beaten 1 bag tater tots Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray casserole dish. In skillet, brown beef. Drain. Stir in salt & pepper. Spread is dish. Sprinkle with 2 c. of cheese. In bowl, stir Bisquick, milk, eggs with whisk. Pour into baking dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top of casserole Bake 40 to 45 mins or until potatoes browned. Sprinkle with rest of cheese, bake until melted and knife inserted in middle comes out clean. Let stand ten mins. Before serving. 15-min. Sheet Pan Hawaiin Shrimp Adapted from averiecooks.com Ingredients: 2 c. pineapple 1 t. kosher salt, or to taste 1 t. black pepper, or to taste 3 T. olive oil ¼ c. soy sauce ¼ c. lemon juice 2 to 4 T. honey 2 to 4 T. chili garlic sauce, or to taste 1 lb. shrimp, cleaned & deveined 4 c. cooked white rice Preheat broiler to high. Line baking sheet with foil. Add pineapple, even sprinkle with salt & pepper, drizzle with olive oil and toss to evenly coat. Broil about 5 mins

The tater tots casserole sounds like such fun. I wonder if it would work without eggs… Or maybe just leave that part off? Not as pretty that way though. Have a sublime Sunday, Traci.
